It was supposed to be an interesting story. Prince Calder and the Great Wizard Tayryn were supposed to rescue the princess from the villain, and probably fight a dragon or two along the way.

But not two pages in, a man calling himself Mr. Pennington starts to interfere. He re-arranges the world and people’s lives in less time than it takes to glance at a book’s front cover. Calder and Tayryn are forced to set off on a very different adventure, with no dragons in sight.

If Calder ever wants to go back to his old life, he’s going to have to outsmart someone who can read his every thought; but he’s determined to finish this evil plot once and for all.
